張嘉路於日本Tokyo Designer學院學習插畫科繪本創作專業，在旅日期間也於京都,東京參與各類創作活動與聯展。臺灣位處於副熱帶與熱帶氣候區被譽為水果王國的，四季皆產水果，豐富多樣的水果也造就了許多獨特的飲食文化。

嘉路在臺南生活的期間，觀察南臺灣的水果、冰品、茶點等受到世界各地的旅客喜愛。
以水果（食物）發想為創作原素，繪製出一系列的果動物角色，以水果十二生肖為主題，逐漸向外展開發展的蔬菜動物、食物動物等等的趣味系列。
本次與臺南莉莉水果店合作為靈感，臺南的冰果室飲食文化為原型，創作兩幅作品「沾醬蕃茄果動物」與「果動物水果冰」

「果動物水果冰」在溫度與人情都熱情四射的臺南，水果冰品的巡禮成為來臺南的儀式之一。本地生產或地緣之便所運送而來的水果，除了當季的新鮮度外，更多了一份安心感。

「沾醬蕃茄果動物」在莉莉水果店第一次品嚐到這種南部口味，對於味蕾著實是一種震撼，一次革命性的翻轉。如此道地的水果食用方法，據南部友人們說這是南部水果店才能品嚐到的懷念的家鄉味。

Chang Chia-Lu ( Daniel ) / Taiwan Taipei

graduated from department of public relations and advertising,

 SHIH HSIN UNIVERSITY
graduated from Tokyo Designer Gakuin
major in illustrationThe main works focus on screen printings, digital arts, picture books, pop up books, and ink paintings.Daniel has known that he must be an artist especially in paintings since he was in senior high school and after that he participated in many art related activities. He was the person in charge of art for his department in the university and after he finished his military service, he worked for museum and promoted art and launched many exhibitions.
In 2014, Daniel was heading to Japan for studying and majored in illustration. He participated in many creative activities and art exhibitions when he was in Kyoto and Tokyo. He got extraordinary award in graduation exhibition by creating a popup book featured of Taiwanese culture. In 2017, his personal exhibition was held in Tokyo and brand Monso was established.
Daniel’s works are focused on two aspects:
One is to use brand “Monso” to take cases and create works related to animals and Taiwanese culture. Another is to use “Chia-Lu / Daniel Lu” to create works which are focused on LGBTQ group and their stories.
