位在臺南市的佳里區，一個鄉村與城市景觀交融的地方，猶如鮮明的明暗對比，老舊的房屋與高聳的樹林，各式交通工具速度不一地穿梭其間。相異的元素融合成獨特的風貌，這樣的陌生感喚起了藝術家重要的藝術創作靈感。展覽通過多種媒介和形式，探索自然與人文、過去與現在、內部與外部、速度與緩慢，展館分為三個空間進行展示。
權承燦
權承燦的作品聚焦在其所面對的不同社會議題，嘲諷我們脫節於特定時空的狀態，描繪出藝術的多重面向，以促進多元形式的交流。其最引起關注的作品為媒體和裝置藝術，藉由獨樹一格的幽默感，來呈現被邊緣化的鄰居、被遺忘的空間、被忽略的個體等主題。
The Jiali District in Tainan City is a place where rural and urban landscapes blend together, creating a stark contrast between light and darkness, old buildings and tall trees, and different modes of transportation moving at varying speeds. This unique convergence of contrasting elements evokes a sense of unfamiliarity that serves as a significant source of my artistic inspiration. This exhibition explores the concepts of nature and humanity, past and present, inside and outside, and speed and slowness through diverse mediums and formats. The exhibition hall is divided into three sections.
Gwon, SeungChan
The artist's works reflect his concerns about the various societal issues he encounters. They are a satire on our state of being disconnected from specific times and places, as well as a portrayal of the role of art in fostering diverse forms of communication. The artist has received attention for his media and installation works, which draw focus to marginalized neighbors, forgotten spaces, and overlooked individuals through his unique sense of humor.
